LPN – Donation Liaison W/ 3+ Years in Transplant (13574)
Offer the gift of a donation to families of patients that meet specific criteria for organ and/or tissue donation. Support families throughout the donation process. Perform thorough investigation through patient’s chart to determine eligibility for organ and tissue donation. Educate hospital staff on the proper protocols and processes for organ and tissue donation. Review all deaths reported to Gift of Hope for assigned hospitals to determine missed referral opportunities. Report to leaders.
