Donor management, allocation of organs for transplant/research, and organ recovery, according to UNOS, OPTN, AOPO, CRT & CLIA policies and regulations. Supervised a team of 5-10 Respiratory Therapists, delivered therapies such as Oxygen therapies, helium-oxygen therapy, ventilator management and CPAP therapy to meet patients’ treatment goals. Responsibilities included coverage of Emergency Room patients, Code-blue and Rapid-Response Teams.
