Facilitates the organ and tissue donor process through assessment, authorization, donor management, organ allocation, and surgical recovery. Familiar with all major EMR programs, Allocated organs & worked with transplant centers to perform donor testing and screening. Coordinates logistics of the operating room with all teams involved. Proficient in Microsoft Office, EPIC, and various medical software. Very quick to learn new skills as needed to implement in everyday situations.
