Organ Preservation Perfusion Device Specialist – Transplant Recruiters Agency

Job description

Supports the use of the perfusion device during organ retrieval and transport prior to, during, and after transplantation. The Specialist maximizes device utilization at all transplant centers in the US.  Team members will support cases in any region across the US. Support the use of the device during the process of organ retrievals, preservation, transport, and assessment prior to, during, and after transplantation. On-call 24×7, generally, for a minimum of two weeks (will vary depending on case volume) across all regions, in coordination with teammates; includes travel to accompany transplant teams on COS retrievals and perform device support as described above. Periodic travel (approximately 20%) to Andover, MA headquarters, or elsewhere in the US to obtain ongoing training across all organs,  participate in R&D activities, train customers and other activities as needed


·      Minimum of 2-3 years experience in one of the following or similar fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience:

·      Physician Assistant

·      Nursing

·      Transplant Coordinator

·      Member of Organ Procurement Team

Must have BS Nursing, Equivalent combination of experience & education
