Procurement transplant coordinator 2 – MSN FNP-C (14630)
Donor management: Assist the hospital with brain death testing of their patients and manage patient care once patient the patient is classified in UNOS portal. Follow guidelines & evidence-based practice for organ recruitment to have safe and successful transplants. Referral Responder: Respond to hospitals in which bedside nursing staff is notified that their patient has met set clinical triggers. Evaluate patients for donor suitability. Trauma ICU & Emergency experience.
